On Sunday, September 13 from 5:30-6:30 pm we are having our second ever STATE OF THE STUDENTS parent meeting in Auditorium 1. We are asking every middle school and high school parent to be present this evening. We will be covering the following information:
- Recapping all God has done in the last year!
Highlighting new opportunities for students to connect, grow, and serve in our ministry and church. - Sharing the calendar for our ministry and church from September 2026-August 2027.
- Displaying ways you as parents can help us and revealing some new parent specific events and opportunities so we can invest in you as you invest in your student.
- Giving resources for you to continue discipleship in the home.
- Sharing some dangers and trends we are seeing in high school students that you need to be aware of, specifically things concerning technology, habits, and other threats that are engaging students everywhere.
WE WILL ALSO BE OFFERING A DISCOUNT TO ALL PARENTS WHO COME TO THIS PARENT MEETING FOR EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR LIKE CAMP, DNOW, and MORE. So, you do not want to miss this one-time opportunity.
You will hear from Cody Skinner (the High School Pastor), Tyler Holland (the Middle School Pastor), and Kelsey Swords (the Girls Discipleship Associate).
There will also be additional student leaders and ministry booths that display opportunities for students to connect, grow, and serve that will be located outside Auditorium 1 before and after if you desire to hear more about ministries like Acteens/Challengers, FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes), Student Choir, and more.
