DNOW ’26 will be an awesome worship and discipleship experience for all 6th-12th grade students. We will have three worship sessions led by Jon Muccitelli, Bible study led by guest speaker, Taylor Morton, and small groups led by college and young adult leaders. We will have local mission and discipleship equipping opportunities for all students on Saturday afternoon. DNOW will culminate on Sunday morning, with all students meeting together for a combined Life Group hour at 9:30 am, and worshiping together at the 11 am service.
Host Homes are back! Host homes are an integral part of the DNOW Weekend experience, allowing students to dive deeper into Bible study and discipleship, and build lasting friendships outside the walls of the church.
- Students will be placed in Host Homes based on grade and gender. Typically 7-9 students per home, with 1-2 college/young adult leaders.
If you invite a friend to DNOW that is within one grade, we will make sure you and your friend are in the same Host Home. Please let us know of any special requests when you register. - Students will spend the night at the Host Home on Friday and Saturday night.
Host Home families will be trusted members of Whitesburg and will complete Whitesburg's child protection training and background check. - Transportation will be provided to and from the church and other activities.
We are excited to welcome Taylor Morton as our guest speaker at DNOW. Taylor played football at The University of Alabama from 2011-2014. He was a part of two national championships and one SEC championship. Taylor now serves as the Next Gen Pastor at Valley View Baptist Church in Tuscaloosa, AL.
