New England Go Team

New England Go Team
September 4-8, 2026
We are looking forward to what God has for us on the New England Go Team this year! We will continue to serve our main New England partner, the Baptist Churches of New England (BCNE). This Go Team is open to anyone who feels the call to serve—whether it’s your first mission trip or your 100th, there’s a spot for you. This year, we would like to incentivize couples to serve together by offering a couples tuition price. More details are below.
Overview
We have been asked by First Baptist Church of Marlborough to help with Labor Day weekend community outreach. This is one of the best outreach opportunities for their church. Marlborough’s Labor Day parade and festival is the largest and most prestigious in the Boston area. The parade route and festival run beside FBCM’s church building in historic downtown Marlborough. Our team will assist FBCM in serving food, building a float for the parade, passing out thousands of church invites, and building relationships to better connect with their community.
Trip Cost & Registration
- Individual: $800
- Couple: $1,200
This includes airfare, lodging, on-site transportation and meals, activities, etc. Online payment option is available, as well as cash or check payments. Submit the New England Go Team Application and $150 deposit at the link below. Application deadline is Friday, May 1.
About BCNE
The BCNE is a missional network of more than 370 churches, representing a wide variety of ethnic groups, languages, sizes and histories — but are united in the desire to see more New Englanders follow Christ. The center that we will be working on will help the BCNE to train their indigenous leaders more effectively and will be in conjunction with online training available from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Of the estimated 6 million people in the metro Boston area, there are 156 Southern Baptist congregations, which leaves the city with only 1 Southern Baptist church for every 38,179 people. There is a great need for gospel ministry and church planting in New England and the Boston area.
