As a disciple-making church, we want to give you resources to be a disciple of Jesus by studying His Word. Our 2024 CBR is available on the Whitesburg App or our website. Our emphasis isn’t to get you to use our plan, but to help you connect with a systematic plan of your choosing. Whatever plan you use, let’s grow in the Bible this year!
Discipleship happens best in relationships, and relationships grow best in small groups. Life Groups are small groups that meet weekly on Sunday morning and are available for every age and stage of life. This semester, we’re launching some new Life Groups: Nearlywed/Newlywed, Median Adults, and Foundations: Biblical Truths for Believers. Jesus’ earthly ministry illustrates the importance and necessity of close fellowships with small groups of Believers. D-Groups are small, closed groups of four or five individuals of the same gender who meet weekly for six to twelve months for prayer, Scripture study, and accountability. Food Drive | January 14, 21, 28
Every year, Whitesburg holds an annual food drive to stock the Benevolence Food Pantry with non-perishable items. A food item will be assigned to each Life Group, and a full list of suggested items will be available on the website and app.
March On! | March 2024
This March, our church missional focus is on the homeless and the food insecure here in Huntsville. We will come alongside to support the Salvation Army of Huntsville as they are “doing the most good” for the needy in our city. More details coming soon.
