Recreation

The Recreation Outreach Center (ROC) is a great place to connect with others and grow in one’s walk with Christ by inviting friends to play a game of basketball, pickleball, walking the walking track or attending a fitness class and also participating in regular weekly gatherings of Bible study, Women on Mission or discipleship groups.

In addition to connecting with others, the ROC also creates opportunities for people to connect with God through the sharing of the gospel as people invite their friends in their circles of influence to the ROC.

Hours

Each person that enters the South Campus must check in at one of the kiosks in the lobby. A name badge will be printed to wear while here.

6 am - 12 pm

8 am - 12 pm

Adult Life Group Volleyball Tournament

This coed Life Group tournament is offered twice a year.

Adult Summer Basketball League

Offered yearly in June & July for 6 weeks on Tuesday evenings.

Pickleball Tournament

Tournaments for this fun new craze are offered twice a year.

Fitness Orientation

Weight room/cardio equipment orientation is offered weekly.

Ballet

Ballet classes are offered for ages 3-14. New classes begin each year in September. Costs vary per class. For more information, contact Debbie Pierce at 256-704-5678 ext. 713, or click below to email.

Group Fitness Classes

Keep moving and connecting with others in a fun atmosphere while getting in a good workout! In person and online group fitness classes are offered weekly. In person classes meet in the Aerobics Room or the Gym. See links below for map, class descriptions & schedule, and online payment option. 

Class Costs:

- $180 per year or $20 per month for unlimited classes | Pay online or in person by cash/check
- $5 per single class | Pay in person by cash/check

CPR Class

These classes are offered quarterly. Training includes adult, child and infant CPR with AED training. Cost is $55.

Material Witnesses

Grab your quilting supplies and come join the fun! Mondays 10 am - 4 pm. Cost is $10 per semester.
