1. Gospel proclamation

Serve teams will give a verbal witness to the gospel, sharing the hope of Jesus with our world.

2. Encourage local ministry partners

Serve teams seek to further the work being done by our partners locally, across North America and around the world.  With this in mind, Serve teams will assist these partners in their work and seek to bless them through these efforts.
1 Thessalonians 5:11, Romans 1:12, Ephesians 6:22

3. Prayer

Serve teams will pray regularly for the lost, the trip itself and the partners they are working with.  Serve teams will also be prayed for by Whitesburg Baptist Church.
1 Timothy 2:8, Acts 13:3, Philippians 1:4

4. Serve

Just as Jesus gave His life for the world in need of a Savior, we also give our lives to serve others.  Serve teams exist to glorify God and love our neighbor.  As people changed by Jesus, we want to see God change the world through our good deeds.
